”Plans for our Fall Meeting have been secured. The Dates are the weekend of October 5-7, 2012 with the meeting on Saturday 10/6/12. Our meeting hotel is the Buda Hampton Inn & Suites and the meeting room is Cabela’s Longhorn Cantina Conference Room just 500 yards south of our hotel.
The Hampton Inn is at 1201 Cabela’s Drive, Buda, Texas 78610. (Take Exit #221 or #220 off of IH-35.) The rate is $89.00 +tax per night and includes a hot & full breakfast buffet. Rooms have 2 queen sized beds or 1 King. The hotel has an indoor heated pool an exercise room and a great gathering room just off the lobby. Cabela’s Outfitters is at 15570 IH-35, Buda,TX 78610. The exit off of IH-35 is #220 [FM-2001/Niederwald/Cabela’s Drive] The Hotel & Cabelas are on the West side of IH-35 The meeting room will be open for sales at 9:00AM through 5:00PM
